I’m a little tired. Oh, what’s that? You’re tired, too? Tell me more. We’re all tired. Let’s break this vicious cycle of being more and more tired and go to sleep right now. Right now wherever you are, try taking a three minute nap. Or just close your eyes and take a giant deep breath and let it out and then continue breathing afterwards.
